2、按(an)處理方法分類
按處理方法(fa),中水處理工藝一般分為 3 種類型:
(1) 物理(li)處(chu)理(li)法(fa):
膜濾(lv)法(fa),適用(yong)于水質變化(hua)大的情況(kuang)。
采用這種流程的特點(dian)是:裝置緊湊,容易操作,以(yi)及受負荷變動的影響小。
膜(mo)(mo)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)法是在外(wai)力的作用下,被分離(li)(li)的溶(rong)液以(yi)一定(ding)的流速沿著濾(lv)(lv)(lv)膜(mo)(mo)表面流動,溶(rong)液中(zhong)溶(rong)劑和(he)低分子量物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)、無機離(li)(li)子從高壓側透過濾(lv)(lv)(lv)膜(mo)(mo)進入(ru)低壓側,并作為濾(lv)(lv)(lv)液而(er)排出;而(er)溶(rong)液中(zhong)高分子物(wu)(wu)質(zhi)、膠體微粒及微生物(wu)(wu)等被超(chao)濾(lv)(lv)(lv)膜(mo)(mo)截(jie)留,溶(rong)液被濃縮并以(yi)濃縮形(xing)式排出。
蒸(zheng)發(fa)熱法:適用于任何水(shui)質。
采用這種(zhong)流(liu)程的特點(dian)是:穩(wen)定性高,易于(yu)維護,使用壽命長,操作簡單,不因水質波動而影響設備運行。
蒸(zheng)發熱法是通過(guo)(guo)加(jia)熱蒸(zheng)發,使溶液在蒸(zheng)發體(ti)內(nei)達(da)(da)到(dao)沸點情(qing)況下(xia)分(fen)離出純水(shui)和(he)鹽類(lei)固體(ti),純水(shui)通過(guo)(guo)蒸(zheng)汽形態(tai)冷凝為純水(shui),濃縮液經過(guo)(guo)不斷(duan)循環(huan)蒸(zheng)發形成鹽類(lei)固體(ti)。純水(shui)水(shui)質通過(guo)(guo)一(yi)系列過(guo)(guo)濾等措(cuo)施可以達(da)(da)到(dao)中水(shui)回用。
(2)物理化學法:
適用于污水水質變化較(jiao)大的情(qing)況(kuang)。一般采用的方(fang)法有:砂濾(lv)、活性(xing)炭吸附、浮(fu)選(xuan)、混凝(ning)沉淀等。這種流(liu)程(cheng)的特點是:采用中空纖維超濾(lv)器進行(xing)處理,技(ji)術先進,結(jie)構緊湊,占(zhan)地少,系統間歇運行(xing),管理簡(jian)單。
(3)生物處理(li)法
適用(yong)于有(you)機物含量(liang)較(jiao)高(gao)的污水。一般采用(yong)活性污泥(ni)法(fa)、接(jie)觸(chu)氧化法(fa)(如圖所(suo)示)、生(sheng)物轉(zhuan)盤等生(sheng)物處(chu)理方(fang)法(fa)。或是(shi)單獨使(shi)用(yong),或是(shi)幾種生(sheng)物處(chu)理方(fang)法(fa)組合(he)使(shi)用(yong),如接(jie)觸(chu)氧化 + 生(sheng)物濾池(chi)(chi);生(sheng)物濾池(chi)(chi) + 活性炭吸附(fu);轉(zhuan)盤十砂(sha)濾等流(liu)程(cheng)。這(zhe)種流(liu)程(cheng)具有(you)適應水力負荷變動能力強(qiang)、產生(sheng)污泥(ni)量(liang)少、維護管理容易等優點(dian)。
